Is there a minimum commitment?
We ask for a two-month runway so we can actually get momentum, then it's rolling month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Can we pause for a quiet month?
Yes, one month's pause is fine with a bit of notice, just flag it in the previous month's planning session so we can wind down cleanly and pick back up.
Who exactly is on our squad?
The same three people every month, a strategy lead, an engineer, and an analyst, not a rotating pool of freelancers.
How is this different from an agency?
