We're a small crew of operators who got tired of watching great marketing stall on missing tech skills. So we built the partner we always wished we'd had – full-stack, senior, and allergic to fluff.

Why We Exist

We bring the tech skills your team is missing, so ambitious marketing stops dying in the gap between idea and execution.

Our Story

Built by people who’ve actually done it.

Between us we've been the in-house lead, the agency hire and the founder staring at a roadmap we couldn't ship. We know exactly where marketing gets stuck – because we've been stuck there.

The pattern was always the same: brilliant strategy, no one to wire it into the tools. So Wayward became the technical partner that lives in the messy middle – the AEO, the CRM plumbing, the GTM engineering nobody else wants to own.

We stay small on purpose. Senior people (fast ones too), with real accountability, and a bias for shipping work over making slide decks.

What We Believe

The rules we won’t break.

RULE 01
Show the work

You see the tools, the numbers and the mess. Transparency isn’t a report – it’s a Slack channel you’re always in.

RULE 02
Own the outcome

We’re not here to look busy. If it doesn’t move a number that matters, we don’t keep building it. Your success is ours.

RULE 03
Stay curious

Modern tech stacks changes monthly. We test the new stuff so you get the upside without the tinkering.

RULE 04
Plain words only

No jargon walls, no acronym soup. If we can’t explain it simply, we don’t understand it well enough.

RULE 05
Small on purpose

We stay lean so the best people are always delivering your work - not managing the person who is.

RULE 06
Leave it better

Everything is documented and handed over so you can use it with out us. We want you to outgrow us – that’s the point.

RULE 07
The Golden Rule: Don’t be a dick

If we have to explain this one, we won’t be working together much longer. This is business, we expect you to be demanding, we expect you to push for results, but the moment you make it personal - we’ll be parting ways.
