The Short Version

Why we reach for it.

Slack is rarely the centrepiece of a build, it's the destination. We connect CRM alerts, form submissions, sync errors and reporting straight into the channels people actually check, instead of another dashboard nobody opens.

BEst fit when you're...

check

Teams wanting real-time alerts instead of checking dashboards

check

Routing lead notifications straight to the right people

check

Surfacing automation or sync errors before they become a problem

check

Centralising scattered tool notifications into one place

Slack questions...

Do you build custom Slack bots?
remove
add

Where it's genuinely useful, yes, though most of our Slack work is integration and alerting rather than custom bot development.

Can Slack replace our project management tool?
remove
add

Not really, it's built for communication and alerts, not task tracking, so we'd pair it with something like Asana or Linear for that.

Is this just notification setup or something deeper?
remove
add

It ranges, from simple webhook alerts up to multi-step workflows triggered from other tools in your stack.

Which alerts are actually worth sending to Slack?
remove
add

Only the ones people will act on. We're deliberately picky: hot leads, failed syncs, the numbers that matter. Flood a channel with noise and everyone mutes it, which defeats the point.
