Is this the same as Claude, the AI assistant?
Related but distinct. Claude Code is built specifically for coding and agentic development work, not general assistant tasks.
Does using an AI agent mean the code is a black box?
No. A senior operator reviews and owns what it produces, and it lives in version control like any other build. The agent speeds the work up, it doesn't replace the judgement.
When would you not reach for it?
For large, long-lived platforms or anything highly business-critical, we'd scope a proper build. Claude Code shines on the smaller, well-defined custom work around your marketing stack.
Can it plug our marketing tools together?
Yes. When two systems have no native integration, we use it to build the bridge, the script, webhook or sync that makes the data flow the way it should.
