CRO, SEO & AEO Transformation: Turning a New Site into a Conversion Engine
Problem
After investing in a brand reinvigoration and new website - our client had a great looking platform that unfortunately missed the mark on performance. Missing key services, CTA’s and conversation flow, it was all style no substance.
Without visibility on Google and AI search (AEO), and content that didn’t support search depth or reflect the authority the company holds - they bought in the big guns (it’s us!).
Solution
First point of action, redesigning the user journey for clarity, trust, and (of course) conversions. We whipped up dozens of new pages and content assets (service pages, resources, calculators, and low-barrier CTAs). Next on the agenda, implementing SEO and AEO upgrades across all pages, including advanced schema markup and content formatting for AI/LLM readability - phew!
To really solidify the strategy, topic clusters in key expertise areas for long-term search authority were developed. In addition, an AI-assisted content engine, human input with GPT-based automation for FAQs, blogs, and on-page Q&A. Sealing the deal, 80% of ongoing content creation and updates was automated. Alright, we think all that should do the trick.
Outcome
Ok, ok that was a lot of words, what actually happened though? The team saw increased site conversion rates, massive engagement times on site and inbound leads from LLMs and search - that’s what. They’ve seen dramatic SEO and AI search visibility gains, and have a site that is now recognised by LLMs as an authoritative source, brill!
Our client has been able to reduce their content production costs while scaling content output. With their new sustainable, SEO-first marketing system that continues to grow autonomously - the sky really is the limit.
